Requirements

Must be able and available to travel to US or other partnering countries and get visas where applicable
­Working knowledge of English (written and oral)
­Highly motivated and eligible to commit full­time working (40­-50 hours/week) with flexible working patterns
Higher Education degree or equivalent.

Two-­phase selection process and criteria

– 1st phase

Experience statements (CV and/or portfolio and/or project dossier) (60%)
Higher education qualifications (40%)

– 2nd phase – Interview

  • Experience and skills acquired (40%);
  • Ambition, motivation and willingness to participate in the course (30%);
  • Ability to produce, communicate and defend recommendations (25%)
